At Dennys Group, we take great care to ensure that your order reaches you safely and on time. We primarily partner with Professional Courier for reliable and prompt delivery. If your delivery address falls outside their serviceable area, we will ship your order via India Post Registered Parcel to ensure it reaches you without delay.


Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed and dispatched within 3 business days from the date of purchase.
  • Please note that Sundays and public holidays are non-working days, as our courier partners do not operate on those days.
  • In some cases, shipping timelines may be extended due to unforeseen restrictions or movement limitations. We appreciate your patience and understanding during such times.

Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping across India.
  • 🚚 Cash on Delivery (COD) is available in select locations.

Delivery Timeline

  • Standard delivery time is typically 5 to 7 business days from the date of dispatch.
  • If your order is not delivered within 14 days, you are eligible for:
    • A 100% refund of the amount paid, or
    • A replacement shipment through an alternate courier service.

⚠️ Please note: We accept non-delivery complaints only after 14 days from the date of dispatch.

  • Tracking details will be shared to your registered email address once the order is shipped.
  • We do not guarantee delivery dates, as they may vary based on courier operations and external factors beyond our control.
  • Orders are not shipped on Sundays or national holidays.
