2. What products do you offer?
Dennys Group specializes in:
- Roasted Coffee Beans (Arabica, Robusta, Peaberry, South Indian Filter Coffee blends)
- Cardamom (graded, processed in-house)

3. Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, we offer Free Shipping across India. No hidden charges!
4. Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available?
Yes, COD is available in select pin codes. You will see the option during checkout if your location is eligible.
5. When will I receive my order?
We usually process and dispatch your order within 3 business days.
Normal delivery time is 5–7 working days, depending on your location.
6. Which courier do you use?
We primarily ship via Professional Courier. If your address is not serviceable, we’ll send it through India Post Registered Parcel.
7. How do I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link by email. You can monitor your delivery status in real-time.
8. What if I don’t receive my order?
If your order is not delivered within 14 days, we’ll offer a full refund or send a replacement, as per your preference.
9. Are your products natural and chemical-free?
Yes! All our products are 100% natural, free from artificial colors, preservatives, or additives. We believe in purity and authenticity.
10. Do you sell in bulk or wholesale?
Yes, we accept bulk and wholesale inquiries for cafes, stores, and distributors.

Q: What is your company's specialty?
A: Our company specializes in selling high-quality, freshly roasted coffee beans from around the world. We also offer a wide variety of brewing equipment and accessories to help you brew the perfect cup of coffee at home.
Q: Where do you source your coffee beans from?
A: We source our coffee beans from Wayand, Kerala India. We work directly with farmers and co-ops to ensure that we are getting the highest quality beans possible.
Q: How do you roast your coffee beans?
A: We roast our coffee beans in small batches using a traditional roasting method. This allows us to carefully control the roast level and bring out the unique flavors and aromas of each type of bean.
Q: How do you ensure the freshness of your coffee beans?
A: We roast our coffee beans to order and ship them out within 24 hours of roasting. We also package our beans in airtight bags with one-way valves that allow the coffee to degas while preventing oxygen from entering the bag, which can cause the coffee to go stale.
Q: Do you offer different roast levels?
A: Yes, we offer a variety of roast levels, from light roast to dark roast. Each roast level has a different flavor profile, so we encourage our customers to try different roasts to find their favorite.

A: We offer a wide variety of brewing equipment, including pour-over brewers, French presses, espresso machines, and drip coffee makers. We also offer accessories such as grinders, filters, and scales to help you brew the perfect cup of coffee at home.
