Terms and Conditions

We recommend that you read this section of the site prior to purchasing as it provides you with important information regarding the terms and conditions that govern your use of the site and also provides other information that you will find useful on ordering, delivery and returns.

We reserve the right to change, modify, substitute or remove, without notice, any information on this site as necessary.

We aim to deliver the best possible customer experience and we therefore adhere to current legislation in addition to trade body guidelines. The conditions detailed below do not affect your statutory rights. These include all of the current guidelines relating to the information that we hold about you and, in order to clarify this, we have a published Privacy Statement.

Methods of Payment

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Net Banking from Indian banks. If you are paying by Switch you will also need to include the card issue number or start date. Payment must be made prior to delivery unless prior arrangements have been agreed with DennyGroup.

The total cost of your order is the price of the products, Taxes plus delivery charges.

All orders are with credit details are encrypted and emailed to us at DennyGroup. We will decrypt this email to obtain your credit card information which has to be approved by our credit card processing company prior to dispatch, so please ensure that the details you provide us with are correct. We cannot accept responsibility for an order being held back as a result of incorrect or invalid payment details being given.

In the unlikely event that your payment card is used fraudulently to make a purchase with DennyGroup you, the consumer, are entitled to cancel the said payment(s). If payment has already been made, you, the customer, are entitled, in accordance with the standing Consumer Protection Distance Selling Regulation (2000), to a re-credit or to have all sums returned to you by the card issuer.


We aim to despatch all orders within two to five working days. During peak mail order periods (for instance, Christmas season), this timeframe may be extended slightly, although every effort will be made to despatch your order as soon as possible.

The DennysGroup shop can only accept orders from within the Country, Inida, with a valid postcode. Alternatively, note your order in the ‘contact us’ feedback form, together with your contact details, and someone will contact you with a despatch price.

Please note that due to goods are unavailable, or out of stock, DennyGroup will advise customers appropriately through the online shop.

Cancelling your Order Prior to Delivery

You may cancel your order at any time upto the time prior to your item being dispatched by telephone 08593042948  (08.30 - 1800 Monday to Friday) or order@dennysgroup.com. After you have recieved the goods please refer to our Distant Selling Regulations below:

Return Policy

You have the right to cancel your order within seven working days of delivery (starting the day after you receive the goods) and return them for a full refund. Should you cancel, we will then refund you the price you have paid for the goods. It is your responsibility to give notice of your wish to cancel within this cancellation period by email, fax or letter. You are under a duty to take reasonable care of the goods. We ask that the goods are returned in saleable condition at your expense and we would recommend for your own protection that you use a recorded delivery service.

 In the rare case of any damaged, defective or wrong product received, kindly contact customer service. Free replacements/repair would be done within 2-3 weeks subject to assessment of the complaint. The item should be returned by the buyer through India Post registered parcel only. The return shipping cost will be re-reimburse to the buyer and the maximum amount is INR 36.00 (500 gram) and 52.00 (1 Kilogram) and INR 16.00 every 500 gram. Please Note: We are not able to provide Pick-up option for the damaged, wrong or returned goods.


Prices are charged according to those published on the site on the day of purchase. DennyGroup reserves the right to alter prices to reflect changes in material costs

DennyGroup enter into medium to long-term agreements with coffee farmers and producers. However, due to seasonal variations, some of our coffees may not be available or, for reasons out of our control, we may no longer be able to source coffees from a given farm, co-operative or origin.

In these instances, we may choose to work with another producer from that origin, or, if we feel we cannot source a coffee of sufficient quality, not source from that origin at all.

Payment by cheque

We cannot accept payments made by cheque online.

Customer service

If you wish to register a complaint or comment please use the details found within the contact us section. You may do so either by phone, fax, email or post. We will deal with your query as soon as possible.


DennyGroup aim to deliver all products in perfect condition and exactly as the customer would wish to receive them. In order to ensure that this policy is maintained, claims of damaged or non-delivered goods should be made to DennyGroup within 24 hours of receipt, DennyGroup will be happy to provide substitute items, full collection and reimbursement, full credit or replacement.

Legal Statement

Every care has been taken to describe items as accurately as possible; however slight variations may occur due to the production of some of the goods.

Prices are subject to alteration and changes in VAT without notice. Should a product not be available we will contact you to discuss an alternative product.

This website, any content contained herein and any contract brought into being as a result of usage of this website shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. The parties to any such contract agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kalpetta, Kerala. All contracts are concluded in English.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions affects your Statutory Rights. Errors and omissions excepted.

We reserve the right to change and update the privacy policy and these changes will be posted on our web site. We encourage you to visit this page from time to time to ensure you are aware of our any changes we may have made.

However, we cannot guarantee that your use of this website or any websites accessible through it won't cause damage to your computer. It is your responsibility to ensure that the right equipment is available to use the website and screen out anything that may damage it. DennyGroup shall not be liable to any person for any loss or damage which may arise to computer equipment as a result of using this website.
